2. Attention all baseball players: We will be holding our first indoor workout at Frozen Ropes in Syosset this Friday, February 3 from 3:30 to 5. Bus leaves at 3pm. If you are not playing a winter sport then you are expected to attend!

3. There will be a mandatory National Student Council meeting February 2nd at 2:30 in room 190. Students should bring their projects for LI Youth Summit and be prepared to work on them.

4. All Chick Fil A Leader Academy members must attend the Leader Lab on Feb 9th at 2:30 in room 190.

5. There will be a Newspaper meeting today in Room 119 at 2:35 p.m.

6. The Westbury High School Guidance Department will be hosting a Pre-College & Career Planning Night on February 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to prepare our Post-Secondary Planning!

During this event, we will focus on the college search, the college admissions process, career exploration, employment opportunities and specialty programs, including trade and vocational schools.

If you are looking to explore your options after graduation, we encourage you to attend this event.

7. Do you need a unique and thoughtful gift for Valentine’s Day? The National Art Honor Society will be selling cards made of handmade paper and rose petals along with chocolate and rose candy boxes for a special Valentine’s gift or something for yourself “just because”. We will be in the lobby during lunch periods beginning today to show examples and take Valentine’s Day orders.
