The Westbury High School’s Annual Art Show, held on May 22nd, 2024, truly showcased the incredible artistic talent within the district. Featuring artwork from kindergarten to 12th-grade students, the event brought together a diverse range of creative expressions. Visitors were treated to a mesmerizing display of paintings, sculptures, photographs, digital 2D and 3-D art, and various other art forms. All of this work captured the essence of the students’ imagination and hard work.
This year’s art show was an undeniable success. Westbury School district Art Chairperson Nidia Keaveny was instrumental in creating a show that drew in a large crowd of attendees who were deeply impressed by the work on display. The event not only highlighted the individual skills of the young artists but also served as a testament to the supportive community and quality art education provided by Westbury High School. It celebrated creativity, passion, and dedication, leaving participants and guests inspired by the boundless possibilities of artistic expression.
